1. OBJECTIVE (POSITION SUMMARY)

• Radiant Logistics is seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our transportation management processes. This position is available in both Renton, WA, and Cebu City, Philippines, providing an exciting opportunity for professionals in either location to play a key role in enhancing our global logistics operations.

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

• SAP TM Implementation and Support:
  1. Lead and actively participate in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Event Management (EM) modules.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM and EM solutions.
• Configuration and Customization:
  1. Configure and customize SAP TM and EM to meet specific business process requirements.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand transportation planning, execution, and monitoring needs.
• Integration Management:
  1. Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules and external systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with Technology and business teams.
• User Training and Documentation:
  1. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP TM functionalities.
  2. Create and maintain documentation for SAP TM processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
  1. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within SAP TM and EM.
  2. Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  1. Work closely with business users, logistics teams, and IT professionals to ensure effective communication and understanding of business requirements.
  2. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

1. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP certification in Transportation Management is preferred and/or
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM module functionalities, including transportation planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience with SAP TM implementations and support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
