OVERVIEW
Functional Lead Consultant with Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation experience in Finance - AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Mgmt. In this role, you will interface with client Financial and Accounting stakeholders applying your domain and functional proficiency across the full lifecycle of the implementation (Req, Design, Build, Test, Live). Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud ERP.
RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation Functional Lead Consultant
You will be involved in the high level as well as hands-on:
gathering and writing requirements,
leading design sessions and documenting,
configuring the application,
guiding technical staff in development of conversion and interfaces,
writing test scripts, guiding the team and the customer through testing,
create and conduct training, and
transition the client to their new software during go-live
In addition, you will:
guide and teach customers through their new Oracle Cloud ERP software and implementation
lead the functional team through the Oracle Method (AIM, OUM, SOAR) project execution
liaison, guide, coordinate with offshore development teams for data conversions and interfaces
log, work, track and manage service requests with Oracle support
QUALIFICATIONS Implementation Functional Lead Consultant
5 years experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Procurement, and similar
Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects
expert knowledge and abilities on FBDi, OTBI, FRStudio, SysAdmin DFF, Security, etc.; Multi-Org/LE/BU structure, SLA/FAH rules
demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training, release, transition to production, stabilization and final hand-off to support
ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
business skills and experience in accounting, finance and operations
excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint)
strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
bachelors degree required; preferred an advanced degree in the area of specialization
certification: CPA, CA, Oracle Cloud certifications
