Senior Project Manager- Employee Central Amtrak REMOTE Seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager for our esteemed client in Washington, DC, with a focus on Employee Central. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management aspects such as tracking, scheduling, risk management, and comprehensive documentation of action items. Your expertise in Human Resource processes, particularly in Hire to Retire, will be essential to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Assume ownership of critical project management functions including meticulous project tracking, precise scheduling, proactive risk mitigation, and thorough documentation of action items. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Human Resource processes, with a specific focus on Hire to Retire procedures. • Leverage knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a particular emphasis on Employee Central.
