Parker is looking for an ERP Project Manager to manage the deployment of the Parker SAP S/4 business transformation. The ideal candidate should have experience in an SAP deployment setting with extensive project management experience. This individual should be highly motivated with excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills, and should enjoy working in a fast pace, high visibility and impact environment

Deliver assigned projects following Symphony project management methodology.
Lead, coordinate, and actively participate in critical project phases, including Planning, Requirement, Design, Development, and Deployment.
Track project expenditures and support budget management
Coordinate and schedule the large project meetings, which includes logistic planning and content preparation
Updating and managing project calendar
Updating and managing on boarding of new resources, which includes creating and maintaining onboarding resource checklist and being the point of contact for any questions regarding onboarding
Managing the project status and coordinate the updates to regular project status reports amongst the deployment sites
Management of tracking budgets as it relates to contracts with third parties
Assist with deployment communications
Tracking of deployment risks and issues
Calculation of project metrics such as cost, expected benefits, and estimated time to completion
Support the creation of project presentations that require collaboration between multiple stakeholders
Foster a strong, positive relationship with key project stakeholders
Track the completion of deliverables for each phase of the project from each deployment site
Maintain documentation on roles and responsibilities for the project teams as the project phases commence
Work with multiple functional areas and functions within the project to facilitate project tracking and reporting
Competencies Critical to this Position
Knowledge and understanding of SAP system implementation methodology and expected tasks within each phase of the project
Extensive knowledge and understanding of an SAP S/4 and related functionality
Proficient in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet and Azure DevOps
Ability to assist in the communication of status in a proficient manner that articulates true status of the workstream
Experience in working with multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and coordinating with management and stakeholders
Understanding of the importance of follow up and documentation of results
Trusted advisor to the project team
Ability to drive abstract and complex project tasks in a way that the assists the project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, as this is a highly visible role in the project
Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations
Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing schedules, and multiple work plans
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
Must be US citizen given the government data requirements

Qualifications
Education, Skills, and Experience

This position requires a Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through ten or more years related work experience; including two or more years leading multiple projects of varying complexity and scope and direct leadership of teams.
The position requires 10+ years of SAP experience and 2+ years of SAP S/4 experience
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.
Leadership, problem solving, and computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
