We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Project Manager in our Tiffin, OH location. The primary role of the Project Manager is to focus on collaboration with our Sourcing Department and the Concordance Sales Team, overseeing project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. They will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance sales through targeted initiatives. The role involves crafting comprehensive project plans for the procurement, distribution, and management of sourced medical supplies. Additionally, the Project Manager will partner with the Marketing team to formulate a marketing strategy for our product brand. Proactively monitoring industry trends, the individual in this role will anticipate challenges and address them in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for implementing and continuously managing HCS Products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturer partners, ensuring all assigned projects are delivered on time, and aligned with the company’s strategy and budget.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and standards throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage sourcing initiatives across ecommerce channels, taking ownership of the process and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to devise marketing strategies for the strategic selling of private brand products and promotions.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project plans for the procurement, distribution, and management of our sourced medical supplies.
- Lead price setting strategies to maximize profits for each product while maintaining a competitive and strategic sales position.
- Present reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Oversee product training to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead sourcing projects, including Ecommerce, bids, customer sourcing programs, and product development.
- Facilitate Product Advisory Committee meetings by creating bi-weekly agenda topics, preparing necessary reports and gathering necessary documents.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication among project team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible related experience in a Business related field.
- Knowledge of medical supply chain processes, regulations, and quality standards preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft, project management tools and methodologies.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness, as well as a focus on quality and customer orientation is crucial to this position
- With the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week).
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) DOT drug screening, physical and background check.
