We are currently seeking a SAP Master Data Governance Consultant - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
SAP Master Data Governance Lead
This is a customer facing onshore SAP Master Data Governace (MDG) lead position. The person will be responsible for production support activities, customer delivery and satisfaction, Offshore/onshore coordination and leadership for application support and drive Innovation.
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitate the implementation and support SAP Master Data Governance
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Analyze production issues and provide resolution within agreed upon SLAs
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure SAP MDG
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Prepare the Business blue print document as per the requirement.
• Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.
• Create configuration documents and training documents
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• 5 years experience in AMS engagement and product life cycle management and ITSM processess
• 5 years of Support project experience in Manufacturing company
• 3 years of domain experience and sound knowledge of business process & best practices around end-to-end processes and integration of SAP MDG

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Data governance
• Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes
• Functionalities around MDG including hierarchy processing, mass processing, data integration, data quality evaluation, data quality management, and process analytics.
• Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.

• Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
• Deliver SAP MDG advisory and implementation services to clients.
• Leverage understanding of 'out of the box' solution design that is aligned to leading practices and differentiated business outcome to support client capability needs
• Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shift and support environment
• Good to have S/4 HANA capabilities

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,300 - $158,300 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
NOTE - Preference given to candidates in EST and CST Time Zones.
