What you'll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern- Data Analyst
Location: Bellevue
Expected start date to end date: June
Duration: 3 - 12 months
As a Data Analyst within SAP Concur you are responsible for the aggregation, preprocessing, analysis, reporting and communication of your assigned workload. This effort is ultimately to increase our business health and sales productivity and provide the insight needed to manage our business effectively.
In this role, it is crucial that the Analyst can navigate an array of tools and partner with various teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure consistency in KPI measurements and data presented to senior executives.
Responsibilities include:
- ROI and optimization analysis
- Collects, organizes, and preprocesses various data sources.
- Meeting regular deadlines to support business forecasting and stakeholders' needs
- Data quality management
- Ad-hoc business reporting requests and KPI tracking
- Headcount, attrition, credit memo fiscal planning
- Creation of dashboards and reports that support different scenarios/outcomes
- Assisting various business key initiatives such as our Digital Strategy
- Assists with sales support optimization and effectiveness efforts,
- Works cross-functionally and in alignment that program deliverables are connected across projects, with impacted cross-functional parties, in line with other strategic initiatives and of course the direction of the business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of business analytics, strategy, and tactical business planning and continues developing professional expertise
- Able to use professional concepts and apply company policies/procedures to work on problems/issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Able to comprehend, develop and execute business priorities
- Able to interact effectively with senior-level personnel
- Able to document details in a process
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or other Business Intelligence tools
- CRM Salesforce experience is strongly desired. SAP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills including the ability to review, interpret and present data in a concise manner
- Able to adapt and be flexible to changing work conditions
- Able to complete deliverables on time in fast pace environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
