Job Title: SAP HR Comp & Payroll Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Comp & Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company's payroll and compensation processes using SAP HR modules. The SAP HR Comp & Payroll Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including maintaining payroll records, calculating employee earnings, and processing payroll deductions.
Manage the administration of benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
Create and maintain employee master data and organizational management data in SAP HR.
Maintain and update payroll-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compensation-related transactions.
Analyze and resolve complex payroll and compensation issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Perform system configuration changes and enhancements to support payroll and compensation processes.
Develop and maintain reports to support data analysis and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR Payroll and Compensation administration.
Expertise in payroll processing and administration, including benefits administration and compliance with local and international regulations.
Knowledge of SAP HR modules and experience with payroll processing and data maintenance using SAP HR.
Experience in developing and maintaining reports using SAP HR and related tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in system configuration changes and enhancements to support payroll and compensation processes is preferred.
Certification in SAP HR modules is preferred.
