Summary: The Sanitation Technician is responsible for safe operations, ensuring all areas of production are cleaned frequently.
Schedule: Monday- Friday (6am-2:15pm)
Rate: $17.00/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure that SOPs are followed and performed in accordance with GMP.
- Foster a team environment by promoting teamwork atmosphere with all employees.
- Maintain a clean environment such as walls, sinks, and floors, restrooms, and perform duty is as assigned in the facility.
- Clean and prepare all cleaning equipment/accessories following established procedures.
- Clean plastic curtains located in designated areas.
- Adhere to gowning procedures.
- Operate the Zamboni in a safe manner.
- Adherence to HACCP and Food Defense.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the food industry, preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
