Part-Time Tequila Brand Advocate for El Tequileño (6-month contract)

Our client, El Tequileño, one of the fastest-growing Tequila Brands, is celebrating its 65th anniversary and looking to hire a dedicated team of Brand Advocates in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand with a rich history and a bright future in the tequila industry. We seek self-motivated individuals passionate about tequila and the drive to learn and grow with our brand. As a Brand Advocate, you will be the face of El Tequileño, directly engaging with our customers and partners to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
This part-time position involves managing 20 off-premise accounts weekly, primarily elevating El Tequileño's presence and market share. Brand Advocates will execute various activities, from product demonstrations to staff training, to foster a deep appreciation for El Tequileño and the tequila category.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage 30-40 accounts, visiting 20 accounts weekly, ensuring El Tequileño's brand is prominently represented.
- Staff Training: Organize and conduct educational sessions for store staff to enhance their knowledge and ability to sell El Tequileño products effectively.
- Product Demonstrations: Schedule and execute at least two weekly demos, preferably on Fridays and Saturdays, to engage consumers and drive brand interest.
- Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, merchandisers, and the local El Tequileño team to maximize brand visibility and alignment on promotional activities.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of daily activities and compile weekly reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Language: Bi-Lingual Spanish is a must.
- Personality: Self-starter with an outgoing, charismatic personality, adept at selling and engaging with diverse groups.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities are crucial for this role.
- Travel: Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel to Tequila, Mexico, for comprehensive brand training. Must have own a car and valid driving license
