Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, the Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and smooth experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system
• Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Assist stylists and other staff with various tasks as needed
• Keep track of inventory and order salon supplies when necessary
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or spa setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using salon management software and basic computer applications
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
