Salon Operations Coordinator $100 For 1 Day Per Week

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salon Operations Coordinator. This part-time position requires availability on Tuesdays from 12pm-3pm OR 4-7pm, with a competitive daily payment of $100.

More pay and more growth available after more time, and more skills learned on the job.

Our salon, designed as a professional office space, serves as a home for 28 talented beauty professionals. Our mission is to provide an exceptional environment that supports and nurtures the growth of their businesses.

Responsibilities:

As a Salon Operations Coordinator, you play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our salon. We will integrate you into our work systems and your responsibilities will include:

1. Communication: Act as a liaison between the salon management and beauty professionals, addressing their needs and ensuring effective communication. Checking in with the tenants as needed to make sure they are happy and we are offering the services, and facility they expect. Create work orders for them if needed.

2. Package Pick Up & Disbursement : Pick up packages from amazon pick up center across the street from our Rodney Parham location. Once packages are picked up you are to deliver them to 1 or 2 locations that need the items.

3. Weekly Facility Videos: During each visit you are expected to create a walkthrough video of each facility and upload the video to our maintenance app. During your videos or visits you are also expected to identify any potential problems or rule violations you may notice and report them also to the maintenance app.

4. Room Preparation: Ensure each room is ready for a new tenant by changing door name sheets and confirming that all necessary amenities are in place. Also confirming the room has a key inside for the new tenant/

5. Restocking: Weekly restocking of common areas, including scented plugin refills, wax warmers, soap dispensers, and toiletries, to maintain a welcoming environment.

6. Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform duties aligned with salon coordinator/operations manager responsibilities, filling gaps in maintenance and cleanliness where needed. Adaptability and flexibility are key to ensuring smooth Salon Operations.

7. Tours and Leasing Support: Conduct tours for potential tenants, highlighting the features of our salon and encouraging the potential tenant to join our community.

Travel to both of our locations which are 5 miles(10minutes) apart is required, so a personal vehicle is required.
