**Responsibilities:**

Are you a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Customer Communication:** Provide timely updates to vehicle owners via text, email, phone calls, or other methods to keep them informed about the status of their car repairs. Ensure clear and concise communication while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

2. **Insurance Coordination:** Contact insurance companies to facilitate updates on claim processing, payments, rental car arrangements, and other necessary information. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete to expedite the claims process.

3. **Internal Communication:** Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and other team members to coordinate activities and keep workflow moving smoothly. Proactively identify any potential roadblocks and take action to resolve issues.

4. **CRM Management:** Utilize our CRM system (JobNimbus) to track all customer interactions and maintain detailed notes with high accuracy. Update statuses in the CRM to reflect the current stage of each repair job, ensuring workflow accuracy and efficiency.

5. **Financial Transactions:** Accept checks and handle money transactions with accuracy and integrity. Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.

6. **Vehicle Documentation:** Take photos of vehicles upon arrival at the shop and as needed throughout the repair process. Send photos and documentation to insurance companies or third-party supplementing companies as required.

7. **Assistance as Needed:** Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business. This may include picking up or dropping off cars, helping customers with rental car arrangements, or other miscellaneous tasks.

8. **Problem Solving:** Demonstrate initiative and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues. Take action to address challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and team members.

9. **Miscellaneous Tasks:** Be adaptable and willing to assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management. Maintain a proactive and positive attitude while contributing to the overall success of the team.
