Salon Front Desk Coordinator

MasterWorx Hair Design in Weston, MA is looking for full and part-time Front Desk Coordinator's Tuesday thru Saturday.

MasterWorx Hair Design is an established salon with a team focused environment and an upscale clientele.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, taking incoming calls, scheduling appointments, processing sales and service transactions, perform daily end of day settlements and maintain product inventory. Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented is required for these responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Salon/Customer Service Experience

Good verbal communications and people skills

Commitment to focus on outstanding customer service

Professional demeanor

Mature, reliable, flexible, hardworking, courteous, friendly and energetic individual

Good computer skills and experience with Hair Max or similar salon customer data base computer system helpful.

Paid vacation after first year of employment.
