SalaryThe Karen Allen Salon is seeking for a polished, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Salon Coordinator. SALON EXPERIENCE IS AMUST!!! Candidate needs to demonstrate great communication skills, detail oriented, problem solver and be able to multi-task.
Duties would include: opening and closing salon, welcoming & greeting guests, confirmation calls, salon flow, explain all company policies, procedures, and waivers to new guest, knowledgeable in the services and products we offer, answering phone calls, coordinate guest and stylist schedules, problem solving, meet monthly goals, maintaining the front desk/reception area clean, professional and orderly, filing, guests electronic files maintenance, data entry of client records, maintaining cleanliness of service rooms, common areas, & supply room, and not limited to other duties assigned by management/supervisor.
Previous salon experience a plus!
