Salon Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Manage inventory and stock of salon products
- Assist with product demos and sales of salon merchandise
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
- Familiarity with electronic devices and wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Pay: $18.00 - $20.44 per hour
