SALON COORDINATOR

James Anthony Salon is seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customer service, scheduling appointments, the daily responsibilities of a fully established Hair and Nail Salon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Handle customer inquiries

*Provide information about services and products offered

*Update customer information based on interactions

*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and products

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Computer skills and knowledge

*Ability to build rapport with clients and team

*Ability to prioritize and multitask

*Positive and professional demeanor

*Excellent verbal communication skills

*Must available to work Saturdays and Sundays

*Open to learning
