I Design Salon and Blow dry bar is a small business in Hinsdale, IL. We are professional, innovative, fun and our goal is to give excellent customer service, have fun & grow together as a team .
We are looking for a Salon Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently handle the phones, greet clients and schedule appointments. This is a part time position, and the ideal candidate will be friendly, helpful and hard working. Saturday is required to work.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and register walk-ins.
- Take appointments and schedule services.
- Answer phone calls and email messages.
- Forward calls to appropriate personnel.
- Input information into computer.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets with booking information.
- Monitor work flow to ensure that the proper amount of time is spent on each service.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
