We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Salon Coordinator to join our team. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet clients and provide them with a warm welcome
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Manage inventory and stock salon products
- Conduct product demos and provide recommendations to clients
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions
- Assist stylists with client services as needed
- Ensure that all client information is accurately recorded in the salon's database
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in technical sales, wireless sales, or technology sales is desirable
