Sales/Marketing Assistant Remote

Hello, I’m Susan Berkley, voice over artist, author and founder of The Great Voice Company, a voice over training, leadership communications and media production company.

We have helped launch thousands of successful voice over careers and our programs in persuasive speaking and vocal influence consistently earn rave, 5-star reviews from our customers nationwide. I have been featured in major media including: The New York Times, MSNBC and ABC News.

Most of our team members work remotely, this position allows you to work independently and in close collaboration with me remotely, or if you are close enough, you can work at our beautiful office and studio in Old Tappan, NJ.

In this position you will complete a variety of sales, marketing and business-building tasks. You should enjoy contributing to a growing business, helping us to increase profitability and improve the customer experience; meeting deadlines, collaborating; working with a variety of assignments; tying up loose ends and completing projects accurately in a timely manner.

Projects you will help complete and manage:

• Help produce, promote and book guests for The Great Voice Podcast from our student customer base.
• Write and publish our Voice Over Tip Of the Week to our customer base (with input from Team Great Voice)
• Assemble and publish a monthly newsletter to our customers from within our CRM, with provided video, text files and artwork (knowledge of Mail Chimp helpful)
• Assist with the launch of new products and associated marketing funnels
• Schedule podcast interviews for CEO
• Help grow our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Experience working with a CRM and marketing funnels
• Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp and Click Funnels helpful
• Knowledge of customer life cycle marketing campaigns
• A proven track record of implementation
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft excel, Word, Google apps, docs and sheets

SUCCESS METRICS:

• Establish a marketing calendar and complete all projects in a timely manner
• Double check all work so that when it is triple-checked by a colleague it is verified as error-free.
• New processes and tasks are documented in Google docs and reviewed with your manager on a monthly basis.

• Mock product launch exercise (approximately 2-hours paid @$50 flat rate)
