Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Salesman/Business Development Representative to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to generate leads and secure new business partnerships.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, capabilities, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
5. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven track record of success in sales, with specific experience in the Online marketing agency or digital advertising industry strongly preferred.
2. Strong understanding of Online Marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels of the organization.
4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
5. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure commitments.
6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
8. Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
