Industrial Tooling & Supply, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Territory Salesman to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills, have a high degree of personal integrity and be driven for success. Other responsibilities include:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Create annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Support the services we offer, including vending to provide customer support for opportunities to achieve growth and reach cost savings goals.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Continuously possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Machine Tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Well rounded proficiency across broad range of metalworking applications.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to sell value versus price.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Great planning and organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Managing project profitability.
- Ability to travel.
- Proficient with MS Office platforms.
- Must have clean driving record.
