Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with homeowners to assess and quote their painting projects.
• Conduct on-site evaluations, walking through the home with homeowners to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Utilize our software and quoting calculators to generate detailed and competitive quotes on-site.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rate.
• Assist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution from estimation to completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and estimating within the trades industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimating.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Experience or willingness to engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling and door-to-door outreach.
• Familiarity with using software and quoting calculators for estimating purposes.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
