As a solutions architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting key Salesforce solutions. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way the Veterans Administration (VA) uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
- Experience with demonstrating solution design and architecture to technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Ability to perform code reviews and assist developers in identifying possible errors and quality issues, while ensuring development best practices are being followed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with supporting the Federal Government, VA, or Healthcare IT sectors
- Experience in a client facing posture
- Experience with source control repositories, including Git
- Experience with Salesforce releases and deployments
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud
- Knowledge of SAFe practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, including Copado or Gearset
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Certifications, including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, User Experience Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, or Data Architecture and Management Designer Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
