The CRM Administrator for Sales is a critical team member to helps drive growth initiatives for DrFirst.
In this role, you will support all of DrFirst’s B2B sales businesses and teams, collaborate and partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, account management, customer success teams, and business leadership to secure alignment and implementation of sustainable best practices. This is a highly visible and impactful role, with principal accountability to implement and sustain the Salesforce CRM system as ’the single source of truth’.
You will own the Salesforce CRM system for sales, and be responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and sustaining the CRM strategy and roadmap for the sales teams. This includes configuration, support, maintenance, documentation, training, data quality, uploads, workflows, reporting, and overall improvement of the CRM system.

- Collaborate and represent sales teams cross-functionally and with tech-stack platform managers to ensure alignment, optimization, and that best practices are deployed.
- Ensure alignment and interoperability with the marketing tech stack.
- Address and pragmatically solve issues involving the CRM system and business operations, acts in a consultative capacity to ensure CRM system optimization.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create, maintain, and distribute performance dashboards for KPIs, including pipeline management, user task and event management, and revenue and client engagement metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Design/ re-design workflows to enhance the usability of the CRM system.
- Ensure that documentation, including ‘how-to’ and standard operating procedures (SOP), is up-to-date, accurate, and easy to use for the sales teams.
- Gather user requirements/specifications and translates them to new processes and system configurations.
- Conduct CRM system usage audits and develops training for sales and other stakeholders as needed.
- Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Create and administer user profiles, permission sets, role assignments, etc.
- Keep up to date with CRM system releases, features, and best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience working as a CRM Administrator. Salesforce CRM Admin certification is a plus. HubSpot experience is a diiferentiator, as is expereine with NetSuite.
- Experience with an implementation of a Salesforce CRM, with administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to gather user requirements/specifications and translate to new processes and system configurations
- A basic understanding of Tableau.
- Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
