Perform requirements gathering efforts, (Business Process / Functional and technical Specifications) for the CRM application. Actively participate in solutioning and design activity of solutions. Develop and implement CRM applications for sales, service, marketing, and community cloud on Salesforce platform. Build scalable, native, hybrid and web applications using Force.com. Perform data migration and data mapping from legacy services to Salesforce platform. Perform Salesforce Configuration and Customization, Salesforce Service Cloud Integrations, Perform G Classic to Lightning migration.
