Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer
The CRM Analytics Developer is responsible for leading the design and development of analytics on the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. The role will be responsible for designing and building analytics, reports, dashboards by engaging the business and the Salesforce CRM team. The role requires an advanced understanding of CRM (Einstein) Analytics, analytics concepts, and the Salesforce platform to design impactful and supportable solutions that meet the business objectives.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78-$97.78. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, data, and reporting needs. Analyze and document data definitions, sources, limitations, and priorities.
- Design impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Architect data and transformation processes including dataflows and datasets, as well as create dashboards.
- Understand the impact of existing system architecture, dataflows, and network constraints and design solutions optimized.
- Develop the dataflows, dashboards, and associated assets utilizing CRM Analytics, the Salesforce platform, and related technologies.
- Partner with application developers and system owners to extract and load data relevant for the solution.
- Serve as solution consultant required to perform hands-on delivery of CRM Analytics reports and dashboards.
- Perform QA and deployments following best practices.
- 5+ years' development experience with CRM Analytics
- Experience with analyzing and visualizing large volumes and multi-tenant data using CRM Analytics.
- Experience with crafting and managing dataflows/recipes and setting up CRM Analytics apps, datasets, Sharing, and Security predicates.
- Experience with building/maintaining dashboards and working with bindings, connecting data sources from other Salesforce and non-Salesforce Systems.
- Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce: Sales and Service Objects and their relationships in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling and data access security controls.
- Experience in designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Dashboards, Lenses, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security.
- Advanced experience in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and deep understanding of JSON.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and security model.
- Solid understanding of Einstein Discovery, trend, comparison, and predictive modelling.
- Salesforce certification or Einstein Analytics Accreditation.
