Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Solution Design: Be the primary interface communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather & document project requirements, and develop solutions that align with customer needs
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects, ensure that quality work is completed, fully tested, delivered on time and on budget, and exceeds customer expectations
- Customer Success: Ensure satisfaction and create referenceable customers, expanding our trust and long term relationship with clients
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software development life cycle including lead roles
- 4+ year experience in implementing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite and the Force.com Platform
- Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications
- Experience with large/complex Salesforce.com projects
- Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining roadmaps and business requirements, managing scope, writing user stories, and detailed system/functional design
- Experience with agile development methodologies and scrum practices
- Experience defining system landscape, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive recommendations & solutions with successful outcomes
- Experience with ERP integrations, middleware tools and BI/Analytics solutions
- Strong leadership skills with good oral and written communication, decision making and problem solving skills
