Job Description:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage and deliver complex digital transformation projects using innovative technologies, with focus on CRM processes.
*Act as a technical lead for custom developments in order to deliver business excellence.
*Coordinate the team on respective projects, Monitor and control project costs.
*Ensure governance compliance status, Ownership of managing budget
*Consistently overview standards and quality of deliverables by implementing changes where necessary.
*Provide ongoing communication/feedback to team members, in regards of engagement/project status, etc.
*Act as a role model by sharing expertise and knowledge within the team members on ongoing basis
*Develop & cultivate the team building culture
*Liaise with Technical professionals to identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value
*Ensure compliance with all official internal processes/governance
*Plans, organizes, and manages operations and activities relating to the functionality of the overall Salesforce platform for with direction from the IT Director, IT Solution Architect, and IT Solution Manager.
*Coordinates, plans, and manages all Salesforce-related needs while providing Salesforce technical advice, design direction, and leadership to all team members to advance the project.
*Plans, Designs, builds, and configures applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
*Assists in establishing priorities for the organization.
*Works with Business Analysts and Architects to design solutions for business problems and evaluate requirements for implementation in Salesforce.
*Leads and influences the development of standards and decisions regarding changes to systems/applications and promotes best practices and standards for code and system management.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
*At least 6 years of working experience on a relevant field. Knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus.
*Ability to manage and deliver complex projects of digital transformation, with focus on CRM processes
*Knowledge of project Management Principles, Business Acumen, Contract Terminology, Problem Solving.
*Preferably a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
*Ability to manage the billability versus productivity ratio of the team
*Ability to articulate possible and optimal technical solutions
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
*Demonstrable experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
*Adaptable and proficient in change management
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Proven ability in controlling and monitoring project costs/profitability.
*Fluency in English; Italian knowledge could be considered a plus
*Flexibility to travel is required.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $54.32 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
