As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of State and Local Government organizations. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies, particularly focusing on OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions, and Government Cloud, to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design and configure Salesforce applications with a focus on OmniStudio, including OmniScript, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, and other related components
- Implement and customize Public Sector Solutions within Salesforce to address the specific needs and compliance requirements of state and local government agencies
- Utilize Government Cloud capabilities to ensure data security, compliance, and regulatory adherence for Public Sector clients
- Develop OmniScripts to streamline and enhance user experiences, ensuring efficient workflows and intuitive interfaces
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems to facilitate data exchange and process automation
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for leveraging Salesforce technologies within the Public Sector context
- Conduct user training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams in utilizing Salesforce effectively
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, incorporating them into project implementations and solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce Service and/or Sales Cloud configuration experience, preferably in a professional services/consulting organization with client interaction
- Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience also acceptable
- Hands on development experience using Flows and Process Builder
- Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL or similar Salesforce development tool
- Experience with Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Salesforce Certifications:
- OmniStudio Developer - strongly preferred
- OmniStudio Consultant - strongly preferred
- Administrator - preferred
- Platform App Builder - preferred
- Sales Cloud Consultant - preferred
- Service Cloud Consultant - preferred
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Motivated, self-starter that loves to solve complex problems
- Experience with customer-facing interactions at the executive level and across diverse audiences, including technical demonstrations
- Eagerness to contribute to overall team expertise, standards, methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in flourishing within an environment characterized by ongoing feedback; adeptness in handling stressful situations with grace, empathy, and diplomacy
- Capability to efficiently operate remotely and maintain a professional demeanor while working from a designated location within the United States
- Availability and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to clients sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future.
