Essential Functions:
- Serve as primary Lincoln Savings Bank system administrator for Salesforce
- Handle all basic administrative functions for user account maintenance and data security
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, reports, flows, processes, and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other system integrations
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Work with our internal teams to establish processes to support and document administrative, development, and change management activities
- Assist in training of new users, and monitor user engagement
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and development partners
- Work independently to define and document development requirements based on leadership recommendations
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required
- 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce
- Experience with Flows, Process Builder and Workflows
- Experience working in Sandboxes and using change sets to push development to Production
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Salesforce administration role
- Knowledge of financial services industry
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds.
- Remain sedentary (seated) for extended periods of time.
Working Environment:
- Work is performed in a professional office environment.
- This role uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Travel:
- Limited travel expected.
