Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop?ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospecting and generating new business?through leads & referral sources.
- Provide?exceptional customer service.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Career minded vision.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
