Sales Support Specialist
Bridor U.S.A. is seeking a highly capable Sales Support Specialist to join our esteemed team. As a pivotal member of our sales division, you will play a vital role in facilitating our sales team's success through meticulous administrative and operational support. This position offers the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with our dedicated sales professionals and contributing significantly to the achievement of our organizational objectives.
Location: remote, based in either Salt Lake City, UT or Pheonix AZ
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to our esteemed sales team
- Respond promptly and effectively to all requests from our Sales and Marketing department, ensuring timely provision of reports and presentations
- Act as a central point of contact between various departments, facilitating seamless coordination with finance, operations, and customer service to ensure efficient sales transactions
- Deliver exemplary customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions within our Salesforce CRM systems
- Drive the generation of monthly reports, New Item Forms, and 1 World Sync tasks
- Assist sales representatives in the creation of compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential leads and emerging market trends
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and campaigns in support of our sales initiatives
- Undertake additional administrative tasks and duties as delegated by management
- Act as a key liaison between our U.S. and Canadian teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven record in a Sales Support or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to safety, health, environmental, and company regulations is essential
- Familiarity with GMP’s, HACCP, and BRCF standards is highly advantageous
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen aptitude for prioritization and time management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM software, coupled with a strong attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and see projects through to successful completion
- Prior experience in the Food Distribution or Food Manufacturing industry is considered a plus
