DESCRIPTION Responsible for assisting with stocking and receiving functions such as managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns and the store's large projects such as jobins/jobouts and store events/remodels. Summary Statement: The Sales Support Associate supports the sales floor by executing back of house operational functions. They contribute to the enhancement of the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability.Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities & Duties
- Executes tasks for daily Store Operations and support functions, such as:
- Inbound merchandise / supply receiving
- Outbound merchandise movement
- Inventory control
- Supports online sales activity via accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Supports merchandise price changes
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and results-driven - "Win together" mentality
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
