Sales Support Representative

Job Summary:

As a Ciot Sales Support Representative you will represent the luxury stone brand of our company, by providing outstanding support to our customers and team members. You will be responsible for greeting gallery visitors as well as competently and efficiently supporting our Contractors Sales Reps.  Ultimately to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Providing support to colleagues in order to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
• Supporting all sales activities involved with natural and man-made slab sales
• Preparing slab quotes and sales orders for the showroom design consultants
• Managing all stone slab material movements to/from clients
• Managing correspondence between Contractor Sales Rep and clients
• Pursuing contact with new opportunities
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Greet all showroom guests upon arrival
• Corresponding with Credit Manager and Delivery Manager for the inside sales team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of the stone or building industry a definite plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Very organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral
• Experience with ERP Sales Modules and Excel required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

This position is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and two Saturdays a month from 11am-3pm.
