Primary responsibilities:
- Order Precision: Accurately print will call orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Financial Integrity: Conduct cash counts at the start and end of each shift, maintaining precision in financial transactions.
- Invoice Expertise: Prepare invoices for completed orders, verifying pricing, discounts, and payment terms.
- Customer Care: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers during order pickups, addressing inquiries, and offering support as needed.
- Team Coordination: Maintain open communication with account managers and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address potential issues.
- Document Management: Scan and upload pick packets, shipment confirmations, and disclaimers into our system, meticulously organizing order documentation.
- Accuracy Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of uploaded scans to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Payment Processing: Accurately processes cash and card payments while following company financial procedures and security protocols.
