The Sales Support Representative will support the ongoing sales efforts of Sales leadership and outside Sales Reps to provide an excellent experience for every Cambria Surfaces customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface with customers on the phone and in the showroom.
- Provide sales prospecting support to Sales Leadership and outside Sales Reps as needed.
- Provide Estimates and Purchase agreements to customers
- Manage daily activities/data for customers in our CRM platform, Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Perform regular data analytics to optimize sales opportunities
- Participate in ongoing industry training sessions (webinars, seminars, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience estimating preferred (i.e. square footage, utilization, labor hours, etc.)
- Previous experience in kitchen, bath and/or construction industry preferred, not required
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong desire to serve and build rapport with customers
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiastic personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Desire to grow with the company
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets acumen
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales (inside or outside) or other related fields
Systems: Knowledgeable with Google Suites and/or Microsoft Suites products. Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Physical Requirements: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
