We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator within our Central Sales team located at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA!
The Sales Support Coordinator provides daily support to the North Subregion Sales team to assist in the tasks related to signing new business and renewing / modifying existing accounts. The role requires working with all segments of our Sales team including Field / Central Sales, Distributors, Microbulk, and Generated Gases, as well as with Customer Master Data, Billing, Logistics, Business Support, Engineering, Quality, and EST.
Responsibilities:
- Assist approximately half of the North Subregion’s Sales team in managing the tasks related to signing new business and renewing existing business (processing contract packages, completing workbooks, generating reports, customer inquiries) and any other associated assistance in account maintenance including delivery/logistics issues, billing/collections issues, etc. Meet established criteria for resolving customer requirements and resolving customer complaints.
- Coordinate necessary activities with the Sales teams and customer service as it relates to customer specific issues
- Contacting customers directly for data validation or data inquiry
- Providing support to the Sales team with reports (customer analysis, territory analysis)
Qualifications:
- Self starter with strong desire to succeed in a complex internal and external environment
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial gas contract language
- Knowledge of CRM, SAP, BW, Workbooks
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience
