What You Will Do
The Sales Support Associate will partner with the Sales team to develop the tool & tactics to facilitate speed of information necessary to meet the organization's revenue growth deliverables. This will require exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask with other functions including Operations, Marketing and Finance.
Responsibilities
  • New customer onboarding: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns. This may involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their orders or product questions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, team meeting coordination, and generating sales leads
  • Sample budget management
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to sales, such as maintaining sales records, managing invoices, and handling paperwork. This may also include managing contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Management of sales database
  • Management of national price list across all channels of trade
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years previous experience in sales, Sales Support, or marketing within CPG industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of basic sales methods / techniques
  • Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
  • Prior experience managing a company's internal communications to and from a customer-facing sales team preferred
  • Prior experience with item setup, maintenance, and management of One World Sync, IX-One platforms, preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure, balance multiple tasks, and proactively work through areas of responsibility as a steward of the brand and company
