This position is responsible for the development, ongoing support, and continuous optimization of a wide range of programs, systems, tools, and training that support achievement of the sales and retention goals of all teams across the Sales & Relationship Management (S&RM) organization. The Sales Strategy Manager will identify, engage, and manage cross-functional teams in the execution of assigned deliverables.
What you'll be doing
- Developing, launching, and providing ongoing support of complex, multi-channel programs and business processes which may include but not be limited to cross-sales and automation of sales processes (e.g., CRM utilization, contracting, CPQ (configure, price, quote) capabilities, activity tracking, and training tools).
- Implementing tracking and measurement frameworks to evaluate efficacy of S&RM programs and processes to identify, recommend, and act upon opportunities for optimization or increased utilization.
- Contributing to user stories and coordinating with the CIO team to manage the roadmap and support the feature development lifecycle in the continuous improvement of the user experience within Salesforce and related apps.
- Creating and delivering effective training programs that equip S&RM teams with the knowledge and skills required to be successful participants in programs.
- Partnering closely with the Marketing, Product, CIO, Operations, and other internal teams to align and coordinate on key initiatives, programs, and processes.
- Providing recurring program updates and forecasts across all levels of the organization - from Teammates on the front line supporting our Members and Clients, to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Applying a rigorous prioritization framework that ensures optimal utilization of limited resources to advance programs and drive growth.
What you will need to be successful
- 8+ years' experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Product Management, and/or Process Improvement functions.
- 4+ years' experience driving organizational change and process improvement with proven track record for delivering measurable and impactful change.
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
- Professional experience in employee benefits or financial services space preferred.
- Proficient in analyzing data to glean actionable insight and the ability to determine best ways to act upon it.
- Understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, connecting the dots between multiple initiatives and their impacts to stakeholders.
- Ability to create and tell a succinct story using PowerPoint.
- History of successfully managing and deploying multiple projects at the same time, ensuring key milestones achieved by deadline, and creating transparency and accountability.
- Be proactively collaborative with the ability to unite partners across all areas of the organization around a common goal.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and workarounds when confronted with a challenge; possessing a "how can we do this?" mindset.

Salary Range$87500.00 To $135000.00 / yearBenefits & PerksThe compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
