1. Customer Engagement and Consultation:

- Initiate genuine and friendly interactions with customers, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customers' preferences, needs, and desired effects.

- Tailor product recommendations based on individual customer profiles, fostering a personalized shopping experience.

2. Empathetic Product Knowledge:

- Master the details of our extensive product range, including strain characteristics, cannabinoid profiles, and consumption methods.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, new product releases, and advancements to provide customers with the latest and most accurate information.

3. Sales Excellence:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of sales techniques, utilizing consultative selling approaches to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Leverage upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase average transaction value.

- Strive for higher average basket sizes and more items per transaction through thoughtful recommendations.

4. Speed and Efficiency:

- Thrive in a fast-paced dispensary environment, delivering efficient and accurate service without compromising customer engagement.

- Manage transactions swiftly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

5. Comprehensive Customer Education:

- Be a patient and informative guide, educating customers on product benefits, usage methods, and potential effects.

- Empower customers with knowledge, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with their preferences and well-being.

6. Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date on local and state regulations governing cannabis sales.

- Execute stringent age verification processes and ensure all transactions adhere to dispensary protocols and legal standards.

- Handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining accuracy and security.

7. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

- Identify strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on an intimate understanding of customer preferences and purchasing history.

- Suggest complementary products to enhance the overall experience and provide added value to the customer.

8. Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:

- Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, or issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

- Actively seek customer feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.

10. Cash Management and Store Assistance:

- Assist in merchandising efforts to create an aesthetically pleasing store environment.

- Provide valuable support when additional assistance is needed, contributing to a harmonious and efficient dispensary operation.

11. Loyalty Program Management:

- Promote and enroll customers in our loyalty program, Alpine IQ, emphasizing the benefits and value of participation.

- Educate customers on how to earn and redeem points, encouraging them to actively engage with the program.

- Strive to increase the number of enrolled customers and actively participate in initiatives to enhance loyalty program awareness.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions tied to Alpine IQ, fostering customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a preference for expertise in cannabis sales.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.

- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and various consumption methods.

- Adaptability and resilience in a high-energy, dynamic work environment.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and proficiency in cash handling procedures.

- Strict adherence to ethical and legal standards within the cannabis industry.
