Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Signal of San Antonio – Texas

About the job:

The Sales & Customer Support Associate will be the front face of our organization, responsible for bringing in new customers, as well as cultivating the relationships within our existing customer base. Rather than merely waiting for new opportunities to see growth, the ideal candidate for this position will want to go out and CREATE new opportunities, through relationship building, networking, and support. The person hired for this role will undergo extensive sales training from our parent company in Omaha, Nebraska, as well as local support and field training from the franchise owner and leadership team. While this position has a base salary, the best fit will look to double, if not triple that amount through commissions and bonuses. This position is best suited for someone who is a self-starter and doesn’t want to sit behind a computer screen all day but wants to meet new people and solve fresh and complex challenges.

Roles:

• As a member of the Leadership Team of the organization, the Sales & Customer Support Associate will offer key insights into company growth and improvement.

• The right candidate will work autonomously to forge new relationships, following our “Six P’s” sales process.

• New customers, as well as existing customers, will look to the Customer Support Associate to be attentive to their needs, providing a conduit for communication to address their needs in a timely manner.

• Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated clients, and annual rate increases to keep up with the growing labor wages and dynamic changes of the business.

• Perform market research, including competitors and current/past client analysis.

Expectations:

• The Sales & Customer Support Associate is expected to fund itself through new, recurring revenue growth, sharing the success of the company with the individual driving that success.

• Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing HubSpot to assist with follow up and active management of the sales pipeline.

• Plan to identify all vertical targets (Apartment complexes, commercial property portfolios, food processing, retail, supply chain, industrial contacts, and many more) to determine opportunities and execute accountable activities.

• Network with clients outside of regular business hours attending trade shows, industry specific events, etc.

• Willing to contribute to a company culture of teamwork, passion, and collaboration.

• Approximately 50-75% of the time spent will be in the field, conducting scheduled sales, follow-ups & customer support activities.

Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:

• 2-5 Years of Sales Experience or Proven Sales Track Record

• Understanding of basic sales principles and practices

• Experience in making presentations.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work with provided software tools.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.

• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and other relevant computer applications

• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

• KPI (Key Performance Indicators) responsibility and accountability: Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Oversight of Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (full compensation opportunity to be reviewed during the interview process)

• Bonus opportunities (paid quarterly)

Travel requirement: Omaha, NE for initial sales training, opportunities to attend Regional training and Signal Convention (January of each year).
