Sales Representative/Account Manager

We have been providing homeowners with an unparalleled level of service and integrity over the years. We are growing rapidly and we are looking to add new Sales Representatives/Account Managers for our Leander office.

*****This position is an Account manager in training ($35,000 salary). After a training period you would be expected to move up to an Account Manager position with $40,000 salary + Commission.

In this role you would:

• Representing homeowners throughout the process of having their roof replaced due to storm damage, providing detailed and accurate information, and quality control the whole way through.
• In the field gaining new clients through door to door sales with free roof inspections.
• Be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (~15 minute roof inspections)

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Be 21 years of age or older due to our vehicle insurance policy and a good driving record.
• Be able to commute to our Leander, TX office daily.
• Be able to get on-top of residential one story and two story roofs to preform roof inspections. (proper training would be provided)
• Have a clean and presentable appearance, as we are working with homeowners daily.
• Be positive, driven, confidant, and comfortable talking with just about anyone.
• Punctuality and professionalism are a must.
• Must be available to work Monday- Friday, 9:30am to 7:00pm. 1 hour paid lunch.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
