Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new revenue to the Torqmaster network. Additionally, the Sales Representative will lead prospective new partners in the oil and gas industry onto the Torqmaster network by leading the structuring and negotiating new contracts. Responsibilities Field Sales Representative:

· • Constant research on the activity level of the Permian/Deleware Basin and identify key operatrors which can be acquired to do business with Torqmaster

· • 90% Field and 10% Office/Home weekly schedule breakdown

· • Meet the Company Man/Wellsite Foreman and sell Torqmaster’s vision and services

· • Build a joint business relationship with the Company Man/Wellsite Foreman to have a continued/scheduled work

· • Periodic review of the Torqmaster Wellhead Technicians representation during operations signed off with the Company Man/Wellsite Foreman

· • Update key market trends, advancements, and developments in the industry

· • Resolve issues arising between Company Man/Wellsite Foreman and Operations Team

· • Develop, evolve and execute strategies to identify and add quality supply to the pipeline

· • Pitch in contract closure as and when there is criticality and intervention required

Required Skills of the Field Sales Representative:

· • Min 1 year of experience in sales. Structuring and negotiating complex deals and solving business problems

· • Business savvy and a sales-oriented professional who will help in establishing Torqmaster as a key technology and industry leading torque and test company in the Permian/Delaware Basin

· • Demonstrates high ethical values and analytical skills
