Sales Representative REMOTE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Sales Represtative to join our team. The primary role of this position is to raise capital for the company through various investment mechanisms and act as the pivotal contact for investors. This role is crucial for the growth and sustainability of our company, offering an opportunity to significantly contribute to our financial strategy and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Raising: Proactively raise investment capital from both new and existing investors through the various investment mechanisms offered by DGB.
• Investor Relations: Maintain and manage a portfolio of existing investors, serving as their primary contact within the organization. Focus on strengthening and deepening these relationships.
• Sales and Marketing: Engage in a variety of sales activities including cold and warm calling, networking, and digital marketing in collaboration with our digital team. Organize and participate in events, and follow up on leads obtained through media.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve marketing and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date databases of customer interactions, administrations, and sales pipelines in digital CRM systems..

Requirements

• Proven experience in invetment sales, investment banking, private equity, or a similar role involving capital raising and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
