Medical Device Sales Representative – Wireless Patient Monitoring
THE JOB: Caretaker Medical Inc., a leading maker of wireless Patient Monitoring devices for hospitals and clinics throughout the world is seeking a Sales Rep to sell our VitalStream Wireless Patient Monitors to Mid-Acuity (Non-Hospital) Clinics and Labs across the USA using a combination of TeleSales methods, direct sales strategies, and channel partner development.
THE COMPANY: Caretaker Medical has developed the world’s only Wireless Wearable Patient Monitor that is FDA-Cleared to measure continuous “beat by beat” Blood Pressure, Vital Signs, Cardiac Output, and Advanced Hemodynamics with a simple Finger Sensor. Our wire-free VitalStream™ monitor untethers patients from invasive arterial catheters, clunky arm-cuffs, and cumbersome wires; and eliminates blind spots from intermittent monitoring without limiting patient mobility. Patient data is wirelessly sent to central monitors and Electronic Medical Records to automate charting, improve clinical workflow and productivity, and address nurse burnout and staffing shortages.
JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic sales professional to join our team focused on selling the VitalStream™ wireless Patient Monitoring platform to new non-hospital clinical customers across the USA and also drive utilization of disposable sensors to our existing customers. This is mostly a Work-From-Home position using electronic sales tools and techniques such as phone calls, emails, Zoom demonstrations, social media, and video tools, although some travel will be required for large accounts and industry trade shows.
The successful candidate should have experience with Capital, Consumable, and SAAS sales models in the general MedTech marketplace and have demonstrated ability to leverage multiple sales strategies, including direct outbound TeleSales, referral-based selling, cold-calling, demand generation programs, and sales partner development. Leveraging our growing customer base in specific market segments such as Ketamine Treatment Centers, Infusion Centers, Sedation Dentistry, Sleep Labs, Cosmetic Surgery Centers, Freestanding Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab Centers, the successful candidate manages sales leads, drive new business, educate customers and prospects, and increase sales of disposables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Grow our customer base and recurring revenues in MidAcuity Clinics and Labs
> Aggressively Manage all inbound sales leads, including initial qualification, online product demonstration, value proposition, quote and proposal creation, and converting inquiry to saleConduct daily cold-calling outreach to new clinical prospects using phone calls, emails, social-media, videos, and other sales techniques
>Cultivate relationships with existing customers to promote maximum utilization, increase disposable finger sensor re-orders, upsell new products & features, and provide product education.
>Solicit referrals from existing customers and physicians to identify and win new clinical customers.Identify and create relationships with complementary channel partners, distributors, and sales agents to expand our sales reachCollaborate with marketing department to create demand generation programs such as direct mailers, digital outreach, online seminars, etc.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1-3 years selling hardware, software, capital, or consumables to clinics, physicians, nurses or other clinical call points
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and sell remotely using electronic and online tools
- Strong grasp of mobile technologies, Android Apps, Wifi, Bluetooth, Connectivity
- Self-Starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales activity reporting, and customer targeting
- History of overcoming obstacles and achieving goals
Compensation
- Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission and Achievement Bonus.
- Target Compensation at Quota = $160,000+
