Sales Representative Exterior Remodeling

We are currently looking to hire an Experienced Exterior Remodeling Sales Rep to join our 5 STAR team! Roofing/Siding/Gutters/Windows. We set the appointments and YOU CLOSE THEM! A fully wrapped vehicle will be provided for you. In our system an experienced rep should expect to make between $100-$200K a year.

We are a 5 Star rated Company. We have been featured in Milwaukee Magazine. We offer 30-50 Year Warranties with a $20K Guarantee on our jobs. You will have a full array of marketing materials, professionally shot videos and personalized videos for qualified sales reps. Look up Four Leaf Roofing and Windows on YouTube for examples. We advertise on Google, FaceBook, YouTube, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee Magazine, Thumbtack and WTMJ. We are members of NARI and have an A rating with BBB. We are a veteran owned company. Responsibilities:

• Ability to run a sales presentation and communicate effectively. 2-3 Appointments a day.
• Be on time to appointments and close deals
• Turn in new folders weekly
• Look and talk professionally. We take a lot of pride in our brand and you will be expected to follow dress and grooming/hygiene standards.
• Manage your book of business. A CRM is provided for you to do this. We set the appointments and you close them. You will have to update the CRM daily.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Attend Sales Meetings once a week.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in remodeling sales, customer service, or related field. You need to understand and follow a sales process.
• Experience in Roofing/Siding/Gutters/Windows Sales-Does not have to be all of them
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Driven, Strong , Independent thinker with ability to run own book of business. We need doers not excuse makers.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to find and acquire customers as well as close leads given to you.
• Good Driving record
• Ability to climb a ladder multiple times a day as well as lift 40lbs when needed.
• History of selling $1M+ a year in home improvements.
