Minimum Requirements:
· Seasoned Sales professional with pursuer mentality
· Ability to generate your own leads through cold calling, research, networking and driving your territory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3+ years of Sales experience with proven and measurable results. Experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication or OEM would be a plus.
- Capable of developing winning sales strategy that builds customer relationships.
- Computer literate and open to new technology as part of a broad sales strategy.
- Superior communication and relationship building skills.
- Compelling negotiation and closing techniques.
- Basic knowledge or ability to learn the equipment and capabilities being used to make the products.
- The ability to explain the processes needed to complete each project would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of costing structure.
- Ability to handle rejection and difficult customers in a non-personal manner.
- Valid state driver’s license.
