Position: Sales Representative
Job Description:
Utility consulting LLC is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our team in the sales department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and expand product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their financial goals.
- Work with customers to understand their business needs.
- Provide solutions to all customer inquiries.
- Follow up on customer leads that come in through the website or phone.
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the sales department.
- Ensure all communication with customers is clear, timely, and effective.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
- Technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)are preferred but not required.
