Responsabilities include:

• Lead Management: Proactively manage and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication to maximize conversion rates.
• Onsite Estimates: Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments for potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored artificial turf solutions.
• Sales Proposals: Develop detailed, persuasive estimates and proposals that clearly outline the benefits and value of our artificial turf solutions.
• Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the decision-making process, addressing any questions or concerns, and closing sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Position Qualifications

• Passionate about sales with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or landscaping industry.
• Ability to drive locally for onsite client visits.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Your compensation will be commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to earn as much as you want based on your sales performance. This means that your rewards will be directly tied to your hard work and sales successes.

You will be able to drive the company car to the on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
